Operating policy

What is this document?

These are the rules KoreaMoa follows when it publishes, corrects and removes notices. How personal information is handled is explained in the [privacy notice](/en/privacy/), and the operator and the service are described in [About](/en/about/).

What we publish

• We publish only notices issued directly by official bodies such as public agencies, universities and local governments. We do not cover general company job postings, real estate listings, second-hand trading or a discussion board.
• Every notice shows a link to the original, the organization that provides it, and the date we collected the information.
• Items that cannot be confirmed in the original are not made up; they are shown as “Needs checking” or “Not stated”.
• Eligibility, whether it is free, the amount of support, the deadline and the required documents are written only when the original supports them.

Dates and application status

• If the original gives no deadline time, we do not invent one; we show only the date and ask you to check the application page again.
• The application deadline and the end of an event or course are shown separately.
• Closed notices are removed from the default lists, but the fact that they have ended is kept. We do not write “recruitment complete” or “selection complete” unless the original says so.
• Notices whose schedule or eligibility is unclear are not placed in “Closing soon” or “Open for applications now”.

How we correct and remove notices

• When the original changes, we check again and correct our page. We never change only the “checked” date without checking.
• Notices that fail verification, notices from sources that are hard to trust or whose terms of use are unclear, and links that look malicious are not published and are put on hold.
• Notices confirmed as cancelled, postponed or suspended are removed from the open list. What merely looks like a date error in the original is not treated as a cancellation; we check again.

Reporting errors and new notices

• With “Send feedback” you can tell us that a notice has closed, a link does not open, a date or eligibility is different, or a translation looks wrong, and you can send the address of a new official notice.
• Only the operator reads reports, and they are not shown as written on public pages. We do not ask for contact details, so we do not reply individually.
• We do not change anything based on a report alone. We reflect it only after checking the official source again, and a new notice is published only after it passes our existing collection and verification steps.
• Please do not write personal information such as your name, phone number, email address, alien registration number or consultation details in a report.

How far we use AI

• AI is used only for classifying, summarizing, translating and explaining changes. It must not add anything that is not in the original, and translations are automatically compared with the original for dates, amounts, eligibility and cost.
• Translations into languages other than Korean are made by AI and have not been checked by native speakers, so they carry an “AI translation” label. Please check important points in the original.
• Users’ email addresses and report contents are not sent to the AI used for summarizing and translating notices.
• We do not judge whether an individual can obtain a visa, or the chance of being accepted or selected.

Sources and copyright

• We do not copy the text, posters or attachments of notices; we provide only a short fact-based summary, a link to the original and the source.
• We exclude sources where the organization prohibits automated collection or reuse, or where the terms are unclear. We do not bypass logins, captchas or access restrictions.

Advertising and consultation links

• We carry no advertising, and the official application button always leads to the organization’s official application page.
• KoreaMoa does not provide professional consultation on stay or visas. We point to a separate provider only on relevant notices, and we do not pass this site’s subscription or report information to other sites or offices.
