The Jungnang-gu Family Center is offering school-age parent education for parents with school-age children from multicultural families, and for their children. The program is divided into parent education, activities at Arisu Nara (아리수나라) and Gwangnaru Safety Experience Center (광나루 안전체험관), and activities and education at Gwangjin Future Technology Experience Center (광진미래기술체험관). The date, target group, and place differ by program, so please be sure to check before applying.

The parent education topics are how to talk with adolescent children and digital literacy. It is held on October 1 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Chaekkumteo (책꿈터) on the 3rd floor of the Jungnang-gu Family Center. It is for (grand)parents with elementary school children from multicultural families. For parent education, only the participating parent applies. If you want childcare, please also apply for your child. Childcare takes place at Dagaon (다가온) on the 2nd floor. If you want interpretation or translation, you can select it on Naver Form (네이버폼).

The safety experience activity is held on October 17 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Arisu Nara (아리수나라) and Gwangnaru Safety Experience Center (광나루 안전체험관), Exit 1 of Children's Grand Park Station (어린이대공원역). Participants choose between a natural disaster experience and a social disaster experience, and each is limited to 19 people. The original text states that 10/1 participants are selected first. Long pants, sneakers, and socks are required. Shorts, skirts, slippers, and bare feet are not allowed. The target group is (grand)parents with elementary school children from multicultural families, together with their children. Children about to enter elementary school can also apply.

The activity and education session at Gwangjin Future Technology Experience Center (광진미래기술체험관) is held on October 31 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., near Exit 3 of Guui Station (구의역). Participants are divided into 2 groups that take turns between the experience zone and Autopilot (autonomous driving) education, and they also use the AI Playground. The number of participants is limited to 20, and 10/1 participants are said to be selected first. The target group is (grand)parents with elementary school children from multicultural families, together with their children. It is suitable for older children, but younger children can also take part.

The application period is from September 15, 09:00 to October 30, 18:00. The participation fee is free of charge. It is first come, first served, for 200 people, and the number of sessions is 5. Please apply on Naver Form (네이버폼) first, and then apply again on the center's homepage. The homepage application link is said to be sent later. For the activities, or the activities and education, both the participating parent and child must apply.
